BRUT
The vinification begins in steel tanks and then moves on to a second bottle fermentation for at least 24 months.
The taste experience evokes autumnal sensations, with the dominant aromas of bread crust and toasted hazelnut. The 1905 Brut stands out for a remarkable balance between acidity and flavor, making it the ideal choice for an aperitif with friends or to accompany refined dishes such as seafood crudités and fish-based specialties. Serve between 6-7 °C (42 – 44°F)
