
TESTAROSSA
The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks using only selected yeasts. Its maturation requires a minimum of 60 months after harvest, followed by a further six months of bottle aging after disgorgement.
From an olfactory perspective, delicate notes of currant, toasted hazelnut, and bay leaf open up, anticipating a fresh flavor that persists for a long time in the mouth, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of small red fruits. Serve between 6-7 °C (42 – 44°F).
