After careful vinification, the Collezione rests on the yeasts for at least 120 months, followed by six months of bottle aging. At first glance, you can already notice the suggestive golden reflections inside the glass. The olfactory complexity is extraordinary, giving intense aromas of toasted dried fruit and highlights of medicinal herbs. We recommend serving it between 6-8 °C (42 – 46°F) to appreciate its flavor and freshness fully.
