ROSÉ
Before fermentation in steel tanks, maceration unfolds to extract the precious scents from the grape skins. The production cycle ends with maturation on the yeasts for at least 24 months, during which the bottle fermentation occurs. Poured into a glass, it surprises with its pale pink color, releasing a unique fragrance and delicacy of small red fruits. Serve between 6-7 °C. (42 – 44°F)
